TOSEC Release! (2018-04-01)

It is with great sadness that we present you with the last ever TOSEC update.

It is true, after all these years we have decided that we can no longer do this and we are going home. We have families and we are getting old, so better to dedicate our time to them. We hope you have enjoyed the ride.

We would also like to wish happy Easter to those of you who celebrate today.

The pack can be found in our downloads section. As always, make sure to peruse the readme.txt (or click 'READ MORE...') and feel free to join in in the forum with any related discussion.

Enjoy!

We tried to do our best for this last-ever update and you can see the results below.
 * Commodore Amiga updates by Crashdisk and mai
 * Tons of Commodore C64 & C64DTV by Duncan Twain
 * ladyeklipse continues her saga with some The Sinclair ZX Spectrum love.
 * Commodore Amiga CD/CD32/CDTV/VIC/C128 updates by tomse
 * mictlantecuhtle continues his work looking for less known systems. This
time we see the addition of: ACT Apricot PC-Xi, AEG Olympia Olytext 20, APF
M-1000, Aquaplus P-ECE, Bondwell 14, Commodore BX256-80HP, Dragon Data Dragon
Alpha, Dragon Data Dragon Beta, Fujitsu FM77-AV, Luxor ABC 1600, Luxor ABC 806,
Matra Hachette Alice 90, NEC Advanced Personal Computer, NorthStar Advantage,
Otrona Attache, Patisonic Aleste 520EX, Rockwell AIM65, Telcon Zorba, VEB
Mikroelektronik Erfurt Chess-Master Diamond and Yamaha Copera.
 * tomse contributed with Commodore C128 and VIC20 updates in the main branch
but also with new work in Amiga CD/CD32/CDTV
 * As should be expected by now, Maddog added several new Dreamcast GDIs.
They include several rare and expensive discs, which are now fully verified
 for your enjoyment.
But quite unexpectedly, TOSEC ISO has also seen the addition of over 200 images
for the wonderful NEC PC Engine CD/TurboGrafx CD by a datter wishing to remain
anonymous. This is a system that has many quality titles and deserves attention.
Until now, it hadn't seen much in TOSEC. We started rectifying this oversight and
expect to add even more stuff  in the future (this includes adding HuCards to the
MAIN branch). All names and dates have been carefully cross-checked using actual
software covers so be sure that even if something feels wrongly named or goes
against information seen on other sites on the Web, it is actually correct in our
 dats.

All folders and contents should be self-explanatory. All necessary
CUEs are also included. There are also some scripts included to
assist in creating TOSEC folders, and some 'move' scripts for those
of you using RomVault. As usual, be careful with long pathnames in
some OSes. Best advice is to use your folders as close as possible
to the root of the drive.
