TNC Update (2009-12-24)

TOSEC Naming Convention (TNC) was updated today to reflect the last changes made in the past months, trying to improve it and in some cases make it a bit simplier.

The main changes are:

• Country codes use ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 standard (all upcased).
• Language codes use ISO 639-1 standard.
• Small changes on country and language usage rules.
• Use of " + " to separate scene groups in dump flags was dropped (use always " - ").
• Fixed some incorrections with Title field and "The" / "A" words.
• Updated system flags and some descriptors lists.
