TIM was discontinued.

TOSEC Information Manager (TIM) was a program for Windows, used for rename/rebuild/browse rom files using a TOSEC database. TIM compares generated checksums to recorded checksums in the database, and renames the user's matching files according to the TOSEC Naming Convention (TNC).

Note: It contained some nasty bugs and the tim.db is outdated so shouldn't be used, listed here for reference.
