Mega's upDATing project
« on: January 11, 2014, 02:12:27 PM »
Because we all knew it had to happen eventually. Or something.

These first DATs are only the result of me getting all the No-Intro Gizmondo ROMs, renaming them, and putting them into various DATs. I haven't actually done any proper scouting of ROMs, but that's purely because it's one in the morning and I'm very tired. I'll start on that tomorrow.

Link to file because apparently it's too large and the forum doesn't let me split it into multiple parts: https://mega.co.nz/#!3JUHlJIK!bEL6AjQ9gDttug4YhdOw0Uw89QUF_rxxDbCDu78fpjU

Thanks a lot! I've added them to the wip and they will hopefully be verified and added in the next release.

Thanks again for your contribution to the project ;)

Thank you! I've updated the DATFiles with an Atari800 emulator. Link is here.

Thanks! Added in the right place.
They need to be checked to fix any TNC errors and should be included in the next release.

In the future let me know if you start to enjoy renaming and want to became a regular contributor :)

I scraped some apps from the defunct Gizmondo Central via WebArchive: http://www.mediafire.com/?qbo6ja716ofngr2

Hum, so it was up a couple weeks ago.  You probably have the same files and more then  :dead:

I'm changing the name to just my upDATing project (get it, haha, because datfiles and updating, heh... ergh sorry), as I don't think I'll be just doing Gizmondo things any more.

This is an updated DATFile of various NES games, which is nowhere near complete but there's a looot to put in. This is just a quick thing so that there's at least an update by the time the next release rolls around.

This NES dat comprises TOSEC with headers removed. This to me is unnecessary duplication, and a loss of support provisioned for proper emulation. Secondarily, the dat uses a superfluous .nes extension in the name field, which is appended to the archive name (.nes.zip).

My apologies, that was me being stupid. Both of those should be fixed now, I haven't added anything new since the previous upload so the date is still the same.
