Starting Microkey sets
- adding some missing language codes
- adding new files
- few fixes in publisher & dates
- moving some files in Aplications to Docs
- general corrections
I upload new dats if i finished these things, maybe this weekend...

Thanks Gruby.....

I have converted all your DATs to 'Windows' EOL encoding (without BOM) and re-uploaded to TOSEC FTP.

I noticed there is a mix of text encoding in some of your DATs (Windows vs Unix) that confuses the shit out of CMP.
