Tool to compare two .dat files?
« on: April 28, 2011, 06:08:29 PM »
Hello,

MAMEDiff http://www.logiqx.com/Tools/MAMEDiff/ does the work nicely. I've been looking for a win-based tool, though, with no success, any ideas?

Greetings,

Humm isn't mamediff for windows? Or your looking for something with an interface? I don't know anything more, the best you can do is probably try some mamediff front end.

I think DatWorkshop Pro is something like that and more but i've read some complains about it. From the same author (i think) there is also a tool called mamediff-FE but it was replaced with DatWorkshop.

Yes, I was actually thinking of a Win front-end. Thanks for the info and link. I'll have a look at it and do some testing.
