There was to be another subproject relative to PIX?

Someone told me a couple of months ago (I think someone close to the project but cannot recall who), that there were plans for a fourth subproject under TOSEC?
Again a three letter thing, but I don't remember.
Something to contain stuff that is not actual "roms" and not actual "documents"?
For example a place to move Helga's Spectrum POKES?

It's a possibility, although realistically we are already busy enough with the 3 current subprojects. And personally I would like to first see more activity on PIX than actually branching out even more.
