Hmmm.... not sure about the naming of:
Nintendo iQue - Manuals - Games (TOSEC-v2011-01-26_CM)

From what I can gather 'iQue' is more like the company/brand (or 'Foundation' I think they bill it as), and the Nintendo connection is pushed to the side. God forbid the Chinese accept something Japanese into their midst!

It looks like iQue (the company) rebrand various Nintendo hardware for sale and distribution in China only (like a licensed clone if you like). Due to the obvious political BS around selling (foreign) video games in mainland China I guess.

iQue sell:
iQue DSi -> NDSi
iQue SP -> Clamshell GBA
iQue GBA -> regular GBA
iQue Player -> N64 based hardware, which these are the manuals to
iQue Game Boy micro -> original, small form GBC

So I think it should be:
iQue Player - Manuals - Games (TOSEC-v2011-01-26_CM)

It's a shame we don't have more Asian members who can give first hand insights into things like this....

Yeah, after reviewing looks like my assumptions/research is correct....

I would go with 'iQue Player'.

FYI: maybe split out 'iQue Game Quick Reference Card (2003)(Nintendo)(CN)' per game? Presumably, each of these postcards/cheat sheets were distributed with each game, so makes more sense to have individual PDFs for each....
