Ampersand/"and" changes in the latest releases

I noticed that games like Fire & Forget or Fire & Ice are now listed as Fire and Forget and Fire and Ice. Is it to distinguish them from the ampersand used as a separator in compilations? Or is there another reason?

The "&" symbol is used to separate titles included in compilations.
To clarify the title of a disk, I prefer to use a coordinating conjunction rather than its symbol.
Especially since, for the titles mentioned, the "and" is used as an alternative :
"Fire and Ice", ingame screen
"Fire and Forget", disk label or advert
