Well, if you/Ripper006 going with a mix of old/new ISO images then it should be:
Bandai Playdia - Games - [IMG] (TOSEC-v2011-03-08_CM)
and
Bandai Playdia - Games - [ISO] (TOSEC-v2009-03-09_CM)/(TOSEC-v2011-03-08_CM)

I guess it is a repetition of what happened to the other tosec domains. I'm not sure who was responsible by toseciso.org (maybe idoru?) but he probably forgot to renew it. Maybe Ripper or other more close to the ISO part knows anything more.

Meanwhile the main problem i can think of is the loss of the ripping guide, it can be accessed here: http://replay.waybackmachine.org/20080121095723/http://wiki.toseciso.org/guide

Anyway it it probably not useful anymore since ISO part seems to have a new method/tool to dump stuff.

Hopefully some technical documentation for that (and the project plan/goals for TOSEC-ISO in general!) might eventually surface as well.....   :-\

Not Idoru, but Duke runs website. Seems he took it down [nothing to do with renewal, expires at 23 june 2011 I think].

Yup, not useful anymore.

What kind of technical documentation are you expecting? This isn't anymore use 5 programs and do 101 steps to rip a cd.
This is 1 program who does all (even hash sums) and it uses (atm) different batfiles to rip systems (generic, pce, safedisc, psx, cdi, cdi-ready, jag. cd). You click proper batfile and it rips.
