I doubt all CDTV titles are added to TOSEC, so I'd say no.

If you are asking for the software itself, we don't provide that, we only
catalog the software into the database (dat files) which you can download from the download link on the main webpage.

you can take a look at archive.org for software, google is your friend to help you there.

For finding some of the actual contents the TOSEC database refers to, I recommend Pleasuredome,
http://www.pleasuredome.org.uk/

Needs registration, and is very restricted in what gets on the site (nothing that is still possible to get in commercial channels) The systems allowed on this site has a general rule to be at least 10 years old.

We have recently opened the doors here at Pleasuredome to several systems which have been forbidden in the past (largely, any and all consoles and portables manufactured by Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony). However, we want to make it clear that there are still certain systems which we cannot allow, based on the new 10-year rule and the fact that almost all within that time frame are still commercially available in some form. So, let's get these out of the way first.

We ask that you please do not start or participate in discussions regarding hacking, modifying, emulating of or on, and obtaining ROMs/images/CFW for the following systems:

NOT ALLOWED

Eighth Generation (Current)

* Microsoft XBOX One
* Nintendo Wii U
* Nintendo 3DS / 3DS XL
* Sony PlayStation Vita

* Sony PlayStation 4

Seventh Generation (Still Current)

* Microsoft Xbox 360
* Sony PlayStation 3
* Nintendo Wii
* Nintendo DS / DS Lite / DSi / DSi XL
* Sony PlayStation Portable / PSP Go
* Mattel HyperScan
* Tiger Gizmondo
* Vtech V.Flash

Sixth Generation

* Sony PlayStation 2

Blacklist (Also Not Allowed)

* Unencrypted disc images of Dragon's Lair, Dragon's Lair 2 or Space Ace

* Taito Type X

General discussions about any of the above systems (including software titles, accessories, online services, etc.) are actually encouraged, as long as those discussions do not veer off in the direction of the topics already mentioned earlier.

With that said, there are numerous systems that are allowed here. In fact, the majority of the systems in the following list have been available here at Pleasuredome for quite some time. There are several new ones though, so please feel free to familiarize yourself with the recently added systems. Also, as several obscure systems have existed throughout the years, this list is by no means exhaustive.

Any discussions regarding hacking, modifying, and emulating of or on the following systems (including hardware clones not listed) are allowed and highly encouraged:
