I always for years had tried to download TOSEC dat file from
https://www.tosecdev.org/downloads , but the downloaded file is always corrupt even having exact file size.
Even using browse download manager or download managers (FDM) never download a file without problems.
I not understand which type zip format is used in tosec dat , but never is extracted correctly.
How download a file without problems ?
