First of all, TOSEC only provides checksums for files, not the actual files.
The use of this is that you can know what any given file you have is, by comparing its' checksum with what is in the TOSEC dats.
For actual downloads, we can not provide directions or links as it may be illegal in many countries. Other sites may have actual file downloads, but they are not affiliated with our project.
Now, for the specific program you are asking for, it does not seem to be included in the TOSEC dats anyway. This means we have never encountered it so far. If you happen to find a copy somewhere and provide us with the checksums, we will gladly include the info in our dats.
