NEO GEO Joystick Manual - Does anyone have one ? Please Help !!

Please - Help !! Am looking for the NEO GEO AES Joystick "Manual" that came with the Original US NEO GEO AES GOLD package, (and possibly with the boxed controllers). The Manual Front Page was with Green font. Need it in Near Mint or better condition. Happy to pay good $$$ for it  :)
