cue to toc conversion tool (win32)

I tried find program for converting cue into toc but for now no luck. Anyone can help me? I've found one for linux but this is not solution for me.

Well its easy just install linux then 
Nah will not go down that path again trying to convert a windows user (ask macca lol)

Had a look for u its a perl script in the cdrdao package which uses bchunck or binchuncker.
Anyways i remember i had a tool in past on windows that did what i think u want .
So have a look i am pretty sure it does.
