Hi,
What do you mean with that? just a db to manage the dats (add/edit/remove), to generate some kind of custom dats (excluding some sets), something where you can see/sort all dats by release date to see the updates and download just the newer ones or all those in something a bit more complex like that system really? :P
Well, of course it is possible and i hope we can have some kind of db someday but there are plenty of obstacles to that and developing a system like that takes time so you shouldn't expect something soon :P

TOSEC ISO sets are already maintained with an online db afaik, not anything near that but its a start, using something more complex would be good but it seems that most of our few (non iso) renamers prefer to rename files manually or editing clrmame dats than using something like the current no intro system (which is good in my opinion :)). Maybe someday there will be news about something but don't hold your breath because it would take long, thats why i asked if you were looking for some specific part of it.

btw what you mean by groupware? and your english is not that bad :P

Whilst No-Intro's Dat-o-Matic is useful, I don't think it would be that helpful when you're dealing with 1000 dats.  ClrMamePro's WWW Mode might help some people though, so we'll look at that at some point.

We used to have a dat generator on the old-old-old site & we do have a few ideas for making things a bit friendlier going forward.

Groupware is a french anglicism ;) for:
work with many people around a same digital project

there are many error corrected in amiga database on the English Amiga Board and many other page
but there is no centralized and it is really unfortunate

ah, thanks :)
well we want to make things better and will try to make the right decisions to to accomplish that, currently afaik a db system for managing the datfiles is not what renamers want and i have other priorities but we're using something new to help clearing errors from non iso dats :)

anyway thanks for your suggestion, will keep some ideas from it :)
