Whitespace/extension errors in PIX

First time poster, long time TOSECer, going back to the Grendel days.

So I found a bunch of errors of various types, some were already reported (dupes), some are minor cosmetical (like wrong case on extension or whitespace before extension) and some more serious like the ones I list bellow. These ones crashed my rom manager, that is how I disovered them. But I later wrote a scanner to scan all dats for errors like these, plus some cosemetical ones.

And here are some files that has not got a lowercase extension even though they most likely should (like the rest of the files in the dat has it for example). There are also sets where all files are uppercase extensions, even though the filenames are not 8.3 and are a mixture of both upper and lowercase before extension. That does not seem right by me, but these are not included here. These ones are the ones I am pretty sure are wrong. Files which clearly should be left alone (like 8.3 filenames on old systems and files part of multipart or source code) are also not included.
