Toshiba Visicom

Whipped this up earlier:

Romset is the same as No-Intro. Interestingly, 3 of the roms were mixed up. Confirmed the correct title for each rom by loading them up in MAME. (Had to screw around a bit to figure out how to even start each game, though.)

Made a slight alteration to the Games DAT: https://mega.nz/file/bbwEUJYA#lxqFmNROJUAoWcGD8fhUgPbPK0h_uDZSNKnsoh4CiUg

Removed the language flags since they were based on the No-Intro DAT, which already proved to be unreliable. Gambler I & II appear to use some English, and Sansuu Drill appears to use some Japanese, but I'm not able to thoroughly go through them right now. (Playing it safe for now.)

Also, the name of the system is sometimes given as "Visicom COM-100" (including the model number). I'll leave it up to the compiler which system name to use.

Anyway, moving on to the next thing!
