Fruit Panic (1984)(Pony Canyon)(JP)[RUN'CAS-'] (MD5 50cffe9a3930fc1e56eb775d3144683e)

is not Japanese, as is evidenced by the Philips splash screen. It should be:

Fruit Panic (19xx)(Philips Spain)(ES)[RUN'CAS-']

Then we have

Fruit Panic (1984)(Pony Canyon)(JP).rom (MD5 1232fc0a6e9d276a2f5b0a5db0cbebc1)

This one is a hack, and not a very good one. There are graphic errors on the title screen and the background colour of the game is changed from black to blue.
