Was it intentional to distribute the old Thomson TO8 and TO9+ dats with the release?

Probably not intentional.
AFAIK, old dats were merged into the new ones. Most likely the old ones just slipped in, but waiting for @PandMonium and @mictlantecuhtle to confirm.

Yeah, just checked - included unintentionally and can safely be deleted. Will be removed from next release.

Will be fixed in the next release for sure but can also be fixed in the current pack if the maintainer ( @mictlantecuhtle ) thinks it's better to.
