Is there any reason why the file Swimming Database (19xx)(Col Oats Software)[BAS] in the above dat should be seen as a bad dump in Romvault and is removed by this program but CMPro doesn't and marks it as missing

Do you have the exact file? The hashes match? It may be a bug of one of the tools or even a bug in the dat, although everything looks ok.

Yes I have the correct file as CMPro adds it in to the set but as soon as Romvault scans the set it takes it out and marks it as a grey rom for some reason
