Some alternatives are now duplicates?

I don't understand why Romcenter wants to rename a properly named file anyway. Maybe I activated an option to rezip the files? But then, it only wants to rename some selected games that have alternatives, not all files.

What is the crc of these files ?
I don't know why the second file has to be renamed. Is it an unknown game ?

It is possible to set a master folder to detect duplicates in the secondary folders only?

No, there is no 'master folder' in romcenter.
But if you want to remove duplicates, simply select all files and do a 'shell operation/delete'. Romcenter will warn you if you try to delete a unique rom. You can the choose 'no for all' to deny deletion of non-duplicated games and keep deleting duplicates.
