Anyone I should contact for IBM Operating Systems dumps?

Hello, is there someone in particular I should contact to submit hashes of Operating Systems discs that are not in the dat?
I have submitted a few game discs to Redump but they don't work with OS's.

Hi there, apologies for the late response! We'd love to have these included in TOSEC, if you post details in the relevant forum section for submissions then someone (probably me!) will absolutely pick them up and see about including them in the next round of releases.
