http://imr.ip-design.com/imr/iview/c41tstsn.htm
well if u read this he talks about his groups and the tst (the supply team) maybe he started it ? he was saying how everyone wanted him to code there demos but he couldnt leave tst .so i would say yes for c64 then he talks about amiga as well.
Here is proof
http://zakalwe.fi/~shd/texts/imr/c115wizz.htm
scroll down u see The Supply Team (Amiga now) and The Supply Team for the groups he was in.
Also if u go
http://imr.ip-design.com/
there is list of more groups and members. c64 and amiga
About that virus i found there is a supply team virus .
ZeroVirus has it in it brainfile here
http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:eetfZp_z-0MJ:www.memphisamigagroup.net/diskmags/199110-05/ZeroVirusIII/ZeroVirus.BrainFile+amiga+bootblock+virus+supply+team&cd=1&hl=en&ct=clnk&gl=au
So it must be right with that pic that was posted .

Never found an abbrevation in any amiga game, but of course abbrevation is valid, there are many intros/demos available, where you can see, that "The Supply Team" used abbreviation "TST". (i will use this abbreviation now)
